What events and activities can Insworld Institute students look forward to this term? Check out the list below:

OUTBOUND EDUCATION (JANUARY 19, TUESDAY)

A newly-introduced school activity, the “Outbound Education” is aimed at providing a unique “outdoor learning” experience for students who are taking English for Academic Study (EAS) or Edexcel International Tuition Programme (EITP) classes.

This activity involves visits to educational venues and learning activities that will further enrich the English skills and knowledge of participating students.

EDUCATIONAL FIELD TRIP (JANUARY 26, TUESDAY)

Another “outdoor learning” activity that EAS and EITP students can look forward to this term is scheduled “Educational Filed Trip” to Zoom Park Singapore.

Described online as “an indoor trampoline park that brings American trampoline sports to Asia,” the venue is equipped with dodgeball courts, foam pits, lateral rock wall mats and other facilities that will help participating students to further sharpen their physical and mental skills.

ACQUAINTANCE PARTY (FEBRUARY 2, TUESDAY)

A social school event that involves eating pizzas and giving new students a “pat on the back”, this term’s “Acquaintance Party” is open to all students and staff of Insworld Institute.

CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATION (FEBRUARY 19, FRIDAY)

In celebration of the “Year of the Monkey”, parents and industry friends are invited to join Insworld Institute students and staff to witness a dragon dance ceremony in the school and enjoy social activities afterwards.

U SPORTS FUTSAL (FEBRUARY 27 – 28, SATURDAY – SUNDAY)

Insworld Institute students are invited to join its official team to represent the school at the upcoming U Sports Futsal, a two-day futsal competition to be held at the Kovan Sports Centre.

SOCIETY FOR THE AGED SICK (FEBRUARY 16, TUESDAY)

As part of the school’s ongoing community service initiatives, both staff and students will pay a visit to the Society for the Aged and Sick and provide service and assistance to its recipients.

ENGLISH FEST (MARCH 3)

Led by the school’s English Department, this events aims to showcase the English skills and knowledge of Insworld Institute students as they participate in activities that includes a Spelling Bee Contest, Choral Reading and Debate Competition.
