All EAS weekly tests and end-of-term examinations have a similar format to IELTS tests. In order to progress to a different Insworld programme, a student must pass the EAS end-of-term exam.
Insworld students come from different countries and backgrounds, but everyone speaks English in the school; in lessons and school activities, and when talking to friends.
This is the best way to improve your English quickly – you use it because you want to communicate.
Also, English is the official language of Singapore. It is the language of education, transport, government, business and shopping. Living in Singapore is a very good way to improve your English.
Insworld English Language teachers are highly qualified and very experienced. They know how to teach and how students learn. Every student receives individual attention and support to help them learn quickly and effectively.
The Insworld approach to teaching is student-centred. This means we put the needs of our students first. We teach in small classes of 4-12 students so that our teachers get to know each student and concentrate on what they need to learn. We also want students to be active participants in classes, asking questions and joining in class discussions. The best way to learn English is to study it – and then to use it.
